Tresa brings 20 years of marketing and agency leadership experience to her role and has spent her career helping to build brands and businesses from the ground up. Raised on a farm as one of 10 children, Tresa learned at an early age what it means to work hard, compete and collaborate. Working as a trusted partner for her clients and her team at Moontide, Tresa spends her days solving problems, planning for growth, and conceiving and executing strategic campaigns across all channels.
Warren started his career in advertising in 1988, working beside the legendary Jay Chiat and Lee Clow at Chiat/Day, a short six months after the agency won the Nissan account. He worked his way up the ranks of the agency to eventually find himself running the Infiniti automotive account. Today Warren is one of the most well respected leaders and thinkers in the media industry, having run media strategy and buying for dozens of industry-leading accounts including Callaway Golf, Toyota, Mars Corporation, and Farmers Insurance.
Charles started out in the agency world in Atlanta more than a decade ago and has worked with clients of all sizes on both coasts since then. Starting out as a content producer and moving on to search marketing, web development, and digital advertising, he is that rare breed who is deeply analytical but with a healthy dose of creative thrown in. Charles has provided significant digital and brand strategy services to our clients over the years and thrives on seeing a brand’s presence come to life digitally.
Emily partners with our clients to ensure their brands are best served by the content we create together. Emily has been with Moontide since the beginning and has done it all, including several years as publisher of Southbay magazine, the luxury lifestyle publication produced by our parent organization, The Golden State Company. Before coming to Moontide, Emily was a senior marketing executive with both Visa and American Express. She’s a graduate of the University of Virginia and has artfully blended her East Coast sensibility with West Coast cool.
As Moontide’s Director of Technology, Emiliano oversees the web development team, supporting a diverse set of clients with ideas, tools, and processes that ensure success. A self-taught designer and digital tinkerer, he combines his creative skills with a passion for coding. After his early days developing in Flash and working in computer repair, he transitioned to a front-end developer for an Atlanta automotive agency, working on accounts like GM, Stellantis and Ford.
Mike is a marketing leader driven by a deep understanding of insights, analytics, strategic thinking and innovative creative solutions. He has a proven track record in brand development, with category expertise in automotive, tech, QSR, casual dining, tourism, entertainment, spirits, higher education and CPG. Mike is most proud of leading teams to Super Bowl winning campaigns for Hyundai, Universal Theme Parks and Skechers.
Elise has over a decade of experience managing cross capabilities to execute and deliver projects. She’s currently leading Moontide’s Project Management team, handling all deliverables and major milestones. When she’s not keeping us on track, she’s spending her time creating handmade ceramics.
Petra started her career in archaeology over 10 years ago, then pivoted to advertising as a client services specialist. Shortly after, she moved into media. At Moontide, Petra oversees a variety of clients and has extensive knowledge and experience in media planning, buying, and strategy across multiple categories, such as CPG, B2B, nonprofits and health. She evaluates audiences and uses data to provide thoughtful media recommendations for brands to help achieve their business goals and create change.
Steve is the consumer advocate on our team, working closely with Business Intelligence and Creative to ensure we stay on track strategically. He leads brand strategy development on InBrace, Centr, OrangeTwist, and others. In past lives, Steve has helped grow brands big and small, including Aetna, Wilson Sporting Goods, T-Mobile, Group Health, Sony PlayStation and Levi’s.
Chris brings years of experience managing enterprise paid search and social campaigns across pharma, apparel, health, oil and energy verticals. He leads the paid search and social teams in planning, execution and reporting at Moontide. When not diving into data, you’ll find Chris traveling, having visited nearly 30 countries so far.
With 20 years of agency experience in media, Jaime-Lyn brings a depth of cross-channel expertise in integrated communications planning, media strategy, planning and buying. She’s worked in a variety of categories including healthcare, automotive, retail, CPG, cannabis, financial services, travel/tourism and tech. A proud “minivan mom,” on weekends you can find her cheering for her kids on the dance stage or baseball field.
Brian began his advertising career on the broadcast side before transitioning to digital advertising, working in sales and service roles for one of the largest DSPs with clients including the largest independent agency in the US. Brian manages Digital Operations and Programmatic Media at Moontide for all digital campaigns. When not working, you might find Brian escaping the Texas heat at his local hockey rink.
Eric leads Moontide’s Business Intelligence and Growth Insights team where he’s responsible for driving client growth and innovation using data solutions and marketing automation. With over 25 years of experience in digital marketing and technology, Eric has held multiple leadership roles in agency and consulting services, advising and guiding clients from start-ups to Fortune- 100 across all major industries. When not thinking about digital marketing, you can find Eric out on the pitch coaching high- school club soccer.
Cherice is a strategic account leader championing client success across digital and traditional initiatives. She’s constantly focused on achieving client goals. Throughout her career, she’s worked across a diverse portfolio of brands in both the CPG and aesthetic verticals.
Caterina oversees a variety of Moontide’s media clients, drawing on over ten years of experience. She has extensive knowledge in event planning and marketing, media planning, buying, and strategy across a multitude of categories, such as gaming, pharmaceutical and CPG. During her free time, you can find her planning her next adventure.
